Whether you are looking for a birth or postpartum doula or a combination of both services, I am happy to set up a phone or video call. This is a great time to ask me any questions you have about me and how I can best serve you.
Unlimited Text & Email Support
1-2 Prenatal Visits
As a birth client, we can meet virtually or in person to discuss your birth plan or preferences, and I can learn how to best serve you when it's time for baby(ies) to be born.
As a postpartum client, we will go over your expectations and how I might best serve you in your home once baby(ies) arrives.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
During Labor
Baby time! If you've hired me as your birth doula, I can join you in your home for a home birth (if assisted by a midwife) or to labor there before heading to a hospital or birthing center. I can also meet you at a birthing center or hospital. I offer physical, emotional & informational support. I will stay with you for 1-2 hours after the birth to assist with bonding and breastfeeding if needed.
Postpartum Visits
A postpartum follow up visit is included for all of my birth clients. This can be done in person or over the phone. This visit lasts 1-2 hours and we can discuss the birth and how you and baby are getting along.
For my birth and postpartum combined or postpartum only clients, these are minimum 4 hour day shifts or 8 hour night shifts, where I offer a variety of services: primarily supporting mom and baby(ies) and on to the whole family, physically, emotionally, and informationally.
